The purposes of the camp are:
1. To learn about the sport of rhythmic gymnastics
2. To learn new body elements & apparatus technique
3. To work on fitness, flexibility and strength
4. To have fun!
The camp will be run as we run our fall/winter/spring programs- with structure, and an expectation of hard work and commitment to what we are trying to accomplish. The camps will be fun, and the girls will be given time to chat, relax, play games and do some crafts throughout the day.
