During the registration night you will be required to complete all necessary forms (waiver, media release, athlete profile, medical information), order your Illusions track jacket (if necessary), be sized and order toe shoes and order any equipment that your daughter will need for the 2016- 2017 season. You will also be required to make payment for the 2016-2017 competitive season.
