Camp’s Purpose
The purposes of the camp are:
1. To learn about the sport of rhythmic gymnastics
2. To learn new body elements & apparatus technique
3. To work on fitness, flexibility and strength
4. To have fun!
The camp will be run similar to our fall/winter/spring programs- with structure, and an expectation of hard work and commitment to what we are trying to accomplish. The camps will be fun, and the girls will be given time to chat, relax, play games and do some crafts throughout the day.

Monday to Friday
9:00am until 4:00pm

Bedford Hammonds Plains Community Centre (202 Innovation Drive)
Tentative Schedule for each day:
| 8:45 to 9:00 AM: | Drop off |
| 9:00 to 10:30 AM: | General warm up, stretching and body work |
| 10:30 to 10:45 AM: | Break – food and water |
| 10:45 to 11:15 PM: | Apparatus Work |
| 11:15 to 12:00 PM: | Crafts & Activities |
| 12:15 to 1:00 PM: | Supervised lunch break |
| 1:00 to 2:00 PM: | Activities & Games & Crafts |
| 2:00 to 2:15 PM: | Afternoon break- food and water |
| 2:15 to 3:15 PM: | Apparatus Technique & Routines |
| 3:15 to 4:00 PM: | Games/Conditioning/Stretching |
| 4:00 to 4:15 PM | Pick up |
Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellation of camps is possible up to two weeks in advance of the first day of each camp. A $75.00 deposit is non-refundable.
**Cancellation within two weeks of the first day of each camp, no refunds are possible.
