We now have the ability to offer more Gym Space this summer to our Competitive Program with an added 4 Day Camp!
MAIN GOALS of this Camp:
– To work on Routines learned at Choreography Camps in July. We will work on Elements in those routines such as Throws, BD’s, AD’s, etc. So that the athlete is more prepared for when we return in September.
– To continue to work on Strength & Flexibility.
